Quick Tip / Tip rápido

Nixtamalize with Cal / Nixtacal: 1 tbsp cal per 2 lb corn + 1 gallon water, simmer 1 hour, rest overnight, rinse well, grind wet.

More bugs than corn

I got 10 lbs of corn, and at least 2 pounds of it is weevils and worms. It’s so badly infested that it’s unusable. What an expensive and disgusting waste. I have pictures and videos of bugs crawling all over the corn in the bag.
