Refund Policy

At San José Farms, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable items that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at carlos.sanjoseproduce@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

  2. We will review your request within 3 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale).

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Damaged products due to customer mishandling after delivery.

  • Local delivery options may be available depending on your location.
