This is a very good-quality product! It works really well for making nixtamal and produces masa with a beautiful color and a great consistency. I also really like that it doesn’t leave any residue. I will definitely keep buying it.
The only thing to keep in mind is to order it ahead of time, since it took about two weeks for my order to arrive. Other than that, I’m very happy with the product and highly recommend it!
