Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) before frying. Drop 6–8 mini ruedas at a time — they puff into crispy little wheels in 5–7 seconds. Remove immediately when golden, drain, and season while still warm so the chile-lime sticks.

Ingredients (serves 6): 1 lb PALMEX mini ruedas, vegetable oil for frying, 1 cup chamoy líquido, chile martajado or Tajín, 2 limes, salt.

Steps: 1) Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). 2) Fry 6–8 mini ruedas at a time for 5–7 seconds. 3) Drain on paper towels. 4) While warm, dip half of each mini rueda in chamoy líquido. 5) Sprinkle generously with chile martajado and salt. 6) Squeeze fresh lime juice on top. 7) Serve in individual cups for kids' parties or paper cones. The crunchiest, juiciest, most addictive Mexican kid snack.
